Scientists are working on artificial muscles made out of carbon nanotubes. This could lead to huge advances in robotics as well as prosthetic limbs. People might even opt for nano-muscular implants instead of taking HGH supplements to get buffed up. Would that mean that there would be a need for two separate bodybuilding classes- natural and synthetic? Or perhaps some sort of nano-muscle strongman competition? That would fun to watch. Meanwhile, prosthetic limbs could very well be better than their natural counterparts.
