So the other day I decided to defrag my hard drive, and I only had %15 free space. Yeow! It took a lot longer to defrag than normal because of this. My current setup only has 160 GB of space, divided between two 80GB drives.

I do a bit of audio editing and recording, so I really do need to have space for all of these sound files (cd-quality wave files take about 10MB per minute). After checking out all of the sale prices, I’ve settled on this 1.5 Western Digital Hard Drive. It offers up a lot of storage for just over a hundred bucks. I would buy it today if I had the money.

Sadly, my car needed tires last week, and that cost me two hundred dollars that I didn’t really have in the first place. It looks like I’ll have to settle for clearing out space in the hard drive that I am using at the moment. Last night I found a few large files and programs that I didn’t really need, and I deleted them. Yeah, I know- it’s pretty lame that I can’t afford a hard drive. Truth be told, I’ve been thinking about buying a whole new computer for quite a while now. Mine just hasn’t been the same since I blew out the PCI slot.
