A guy in North Carolina was busted for stealing the roadside barrels and making this monstrous statue out of them. I’m guessing that he got busted with charges of public endangerment, vandalism and theft of state property or something along those lines. If he’s lucky, the judge will see his creation, smile and minimize his penalties.
