This guy built a hobbit house for a mere five grand (and over a thousand hours of labor). Maybe my Thyroid imbalance is flaring up, but this sounds like a bargain! Except for the labor part. To heck with labor…it’s for suckers! Don’t get me wrong, I don’t mind working for my money, but it’s all about maximizing return on investment, even if that investment is time/labor. Still, hobbit houses are cool.

Also, is it an insult to restaurants to call a Dominos location a pizzeria? I mean,they do sell pizza. I would expect a pizzeria to have a sit-down type of thing going on. Also, I would expect it not to part of a giant chain of food distributors. I hesitate to use the word restaurant, once again, as it implies a place you go, sit down and eat. Nothing against Dominos. Their pizza is acceptable.
