It has been my experience that those combo units that do a lot of stuff are usually not that great. I’m reminded of those radios that have one of “everything”- a turntable, tape deck and radio, or those tv/vcr combos. When one component breaks down, you’re stuck with a half-functioning piece of electronics. These things tend to be of a pretty low quality, too.

I’m checking out this projector that plays video games, has an analog TV tuner, a DVD player and a media player all in one, very cheap looking unit. The whopping 640×480 resolution is old school at best.
