The BBC decided to test the old adage about a thousand monkeys and a thousand typewriters, but I think something went wrong somewhere. This video looks exactly like what I’d expect a monkey to film. Also, I wonder if their extended service plan covers wild animal usage.
My guess is that they either didn’t have enough cameras or chimps… or both. Plus, who edited the video? I bet it was a human. Now, for the real question: who actually wants to see a movie made by chimps? Yeah, me neither.
I haven’t even seen the movie that these guys are in, and I don’t care- this video stands on it’s own as a strange and funny video. It’s a viral video promoting the camera, but I don’t care because it’s bizarre and funny. His disguise is weeeeeak.
If I was going to buy a computer, this would be it- this computer has a quad core processor. It has 8GB of ram. It has a 750 GB hard drive. If I had the $469.95 at my disposal, I would buy this computer in a heartbeat because it is about the best computer that I could possibly afford (if I could afford it). This is the type of beastly computing machine that I have been waiting for… now if I only had the cash, I’d buy it. Let’s face it- I’m not going to find a better sale price this season. Sadly, I won’t find the dough to buy it with this season, either. Yeah, I know that’s a pessimistic view, but I’ve come to terms with my bank account being in a constant state of emptiness… I just look at the number in there as if it’s a golf score- the lower the better!
The other thing on my wishlist isn’t even on sale… I just have been craving an RPG to play. From what I hear, Dragon Age is an awesome example of the genre. The other game I would like to own is fallout 3, game of the year edition. I rented fallout 3 and enjoyed it immensely… at first, it was kinda scary, but then I got over that and just enjoyed the game. It’s full of little stories and small humor. Not that the game is small… it’s quite a huge world that you explore, but it has many small stories and interesting areas, in addition to the main storyline.
