hp photosmart

I just love digital cameras. Before digital, photography was a real pain in the rear! You had to buy the film, take it to get processed, come back to pick it up, archive it, yadda yadda. Nowadays it’s so easy with the point and click, whip out the SD card and drop it on your desktop type of action. I’ve found a very affordable digital camera- it’s an HP Photosmart that has 6 megapixels, for just $39.99! That’s a crazy price- so crazy that I was thinking of buying one just to resell it.

scale

Next up is this stainless steel food scale. It has a seven pound capacity, and even though it’s not on sale , it’s still just a hair over ten bucks. I think I’m going to get one for myself to use as a postal scale. Yeah, I know that it isn’t what this is designed for, but have you seen the cost of postage scales lately? Besides, I just need it to make rough estimates, not for exact calculations.

Speaking of postage, I just shipped a flat rate box- man those things are awesome! This sucker must have weighed six pounds- it would have cost me twice as much to ship it normally. I still need a scale for shipping, though- because not everything fits into the flat rate boxes.

This cube thing that you see above is a work of art and technology. When you plug it in to an ethernet cable, it searches the internet for an auction of itself. If no such auction is found, it creates one, and the current owner is obligated to ship it off. the last completed auction can be seen here.

I just played the craziest role reversal ever- Gnop , it’s pong, only you play the ball… and your goal is to reach the far right side of the game, where you emerge victorious, a ball unconquered by malevolent paddles!
