laughingmonkey

My wife’s niece collects monkeys. It’s a long story, but she has a shrine full of monkey toys and plushies. This one is actually reasonably priced at $14.99. It laughs and rolls around. It looks like it has a motion sensor on it’s forehead. I bet salesmen would love this… could you imagine the attention that these could get? Might work great for insurance marketing . I sent a video of these to my wife- she buys monkey stuff for her niece all the time. Typically, they don’t cost as much as this one, but I have to admit that this thing is kinda fun, and well worth the cost.

darkknightmotorcyclesuit

Let’s face it: bicycling gear is not the most fashionable, and motorcycle suits are only a few steps above that in terms of the “I don’t feel like I’m dressed funny at all” scale. This batman outfit takes care of that little problem right away. Nothing says “I’m a badass who can survive motorcycle crashes” like a batsuit. Now if only it came with a cape. Expect this to be for sale in the not so distant future, and expect it to be expensive.

The heat where I live is unbearable! That means that the only shopping I’ll be doing will be at night or online. Fortunately for me, the hottest deals are always online- like this twenty one inch Viewsonic widescreen monitor. It can be yours for the awesome sale price of just $169.99. That price includes shipping. The price is so nice, I feel like buying one just to give it away to someone!

Next up is this smokin deal on a 4GB SD card- Just $6.99 gets this shipped right to your doorstep. This would be an awesome addition to anyone’s portable arsenal of data- be it diagnostic tools, antivirus software, or an entire operating system! Or you could just store data on it. 4GB is nearly the same capacity as a DVD, and you could probably fit 4-5 feature length films onto one of these. Perfect for going to hang out at a friend’s house for a movie night!

In other geeky news, I dropped the cable TV from my entertainment bundle, and I had the company increase my internet speed to a 12 megabit connection. I get most of my TV shows online anyway, so I won’t be missing out on much of anything. I pulled this switcheroo while my roommate was out of town, so we’ll see how he reacts to it… we bought him a digital tuner to keep him happy. This change is saving me $40 a month!
